Oh well, at least all of the important data is already backed up. Maybe I’ll go with a RAID-1 set for the replacement, for better reliability and performance.

Wow… Data LifeGuard looks different than I remember it — of course, the visual memory I have is almost a decade old…
Damn dying HDDs… Almost makes ya wish you could daisy-chain about 200 or so 1 - 2 GB Flash or SD cards. That’d last longer, irritation aside. ;-)
…at least you won’t lose anything. That’s always the worst part…
