I may lose guy cred points for this but I finally got around to seeing Titanic, and for all the jokes it was the butt thereof, it was actually pretty decent. I’m not really much of a fan of love stories, but it still works reasonably well as a semi-historical drama with a love story thrown in.
Dude, I bawled like a BABY! Me and every other chick up in that joint. It still makes me kind of weepy. He just sort of.. floats away. =P
But yes. Very good. Now you just need to see Bourne Identity/Bourne Supremacy. I can’t wait to see Excorsist: The Beginning. :D
Got less than no desire to see the film, myself, but I rather imagine seeing it — let alone liking it — doesn’t lessen your rank in the testosterone club. :-)
‘Sides, if that kinda thing counts against you, I’m goin’ down too. “Moulin Rouge” (the recent remake) is one of my all-time favorite films. ;-)
