Yep. He does, I do, every poor Canadian who has broadband access does AFAIK. Communications laws in this country need serious trashing.
yah, no kidding. that’s nuts. I don’t remember having a limit since.. ew.. dialup.
Technically they say there’s no specific limit, but if you use beyond a certain amount (30GB last I checked), you start getting “We’d like to help you better share our network’s resources…” emails, and if you keep it up after that, you get the “Well, we’ve loved having you as a customer, but…” email.
